What is URCP?

 

URCP is the Untitled Rave Community Project. A community built by ravers, for ravers. Ever raved alone or had no one to go with? Been made to feel too old or self conscious to rave? We've created a safe space online for ravers to connect across the United Kingdom. Meet new people, make life long friends, never rave alone again. To get yourself immersed in URCP we suggest joining our Whatsapp group chat, a community full of over of 1,000 ravers. Ready to connect, dance and experience. We are URCP, we connect through the love of the scene and authenticity, show up as your true self. We can't wait to rave with you soon!

 

How do I know what size to order?

All clothes will have size charts in the product description, we highly recommend checking your measurements before you order to ensure you get the right size for you!

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ITEMS ORDERED IN THE WRONG SIZE, PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE CHARTS BEFORE ORDERING. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOU HAVE ORDERED THE CORRECT SIZE BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

Can I amend my order, I've ordered the wrong size/design/garment?

 

Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order, please email us with your order number within 48 hours of ordering and we will cancel your order and process a full refund. We are unable to cancel orders after 3 days. We begin processing orders after 48 hours so it is important you contact us quickly if you spot a mistake in your order.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

 

Depending on what you order, your order processing time will differ. We process orders for clothes within 2-3 days. Once we've submitted your order to print (apparel is made to order) it will take 5-15 days to be made. Shipping times vary depending on the time of year.

Please note - In December orders may be delayed due to the high demand on shipping services. We suggest ordering in advance if you have an event you're shopping for an outfit for! Maybe its for NYE, order it as early as possible to avoid disappointment! 

Fan pre orders process in 5-14 business days (our fans are made to order) Fan orders ship within 1-3 days. Total order time for fans - 6-17 working days. Please order as soon as possible if you're shopping for a fan for a specific event. Our fans are made to order so that we can offer you more designs, more colours, more sizes. As a small community run store we are not yet able to buy in bulk and store lots of fans at URCP HQ. So for now they're all made to order.

 

Standard shipping is £3.99 or FREE on orders over £50

Fans are shipped separately to clothes, for example - if you order a unisex tee and a fan they will arrive in different parcels. Fans and clothes are made by different suppliers, this is why they ship separately. To avoid paying for shipping twice we suggest spending £50 or more to enjoy free shipping.

 

RETURNS POLICY 

 

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or faulty items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer returns for incorrect sizing, it is the customers responsibility to check the measurements of the item before ordering. Size charts are available in all product descriptions. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photos of damaged parcels or items to untitledrcp@gmail.com with your order number, full name and address.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of incorrect size items, please check the size charts in the product descriptions to ensure you have picked the size correct for you!

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Daisy manages our URCP Apparel social media, website and designs. She will soon be managing your orders to allow Matt more time to focus on planning URCP events and managing the URCP Whatsapp Chat.
